Load a single image into the application and it will do just what its name says: it will resize and rotate the image as you specify. Load a folder full of images into the application and the application will apply the same resize and rotate functionality – just that this time it will batch rotate/resize the images in the folder. Another thing this application can do is convert images; you can load a folder with JPEG images and end up with a folder full of resized, rotated BMP image for example.

To get started with TSR Resize & Rotate you must download an archive, extract and run the executable inside, and then go through the instructions presented by a setup wizard. Once the wizard is done installing the application on your Windows-powered machine, it will ask to do two things: launch the TSR Resize & Rotate application and access the TSR homepage.

Thumbnails for the individual images you loaded into the application are presented at the top. The folders you loaded are presented to the side. Select an image and it will be presented in the main panel on the interface. Buttons for accessing the resize and rotate functions are presented down at the bottom. So overall, the interface has a simple layout that won’t give you any problems.

If you load a single image, you can use this application to resize said picture (overall resize by %, maintain aspect ratio, individual resize in %, individual resize by numeric input) and you can rotate the picture (degrees left, rotate 180 degrees, rotate 90 degrees left, rotate 90 degrees right).
If you load a folder, you can resize and normalize all the pictures inside that folder: resize by %, maintain aspect ratio, resize to numeric input, overwrite the original picture, pick a format for the output, pick an image save quality (JPEG only).

TSR Resize & Rotate is available as a free and as a paid version. The free version is free for personal use; it is limited to a maximum of 100 images processed for run. The paid version is free to use for a trial period of 30 days.

Efficiently batch resize and batch rotate images with the user friendly application TSR Resize & Rotate.

Pros

Getting TSR Resize & Rotate up and running is a simple process. The application’s interface features a user friendly layout. You can resize and rotate single images; you can resize, rotate, and convert folders full of images. There’s a free for personal use edition and a free to try for 30 days, paid edition.

Cons

Nag screen.
